Our story begins with a passionate Colombian chef who moved to Australia in search of new experiences, carrying with him a deep love for his culture and heritage.
Through food, he found a way to share that connection with Sydney, bringing the warmth and comfort of Latin American cuisine to every table. Inspired by passion, flavour, freshness and a lot of heart, our mission is simple: to bring the heart of Latin America to Sydney.
Germán
With over 30 years of culinary experience in restaurants across Latin America and Australia, Germán is the mastermind behind our authentic flavour and passion. He has extensive experience across multiple cultural cuisines and dining experiences that have helped him develop the rich and fresh flavours we bring each day to Guacamole.
